After several weeks of ongoing hassle between eldorado and a little help from pokemon go team support this odyssey has come to an end.

For context, I got scammed by a seller in eldoradogg around July 21 when I purchased some pokecoins and he did deliver them. The problem was that a few days later, he disputed his credit card bill causing my balance to negative. Not only that, he later changed his name as shown in the pictures, originally Gamerz_Denn to Gamesforplay. After this, eldorado was not willing to refund me claiming that "based on evidence" the seller had delivered the order correctly to whicu I replied at least 7 times: I know he did, but he disputed the charge on his end and that's why we're here. Running out of luck, having a negative balance for over 2 weeks, I found out that it was a possibility to get my account banned because of the negative balance, I then decided to contact probably not the best support team given the circumstances, but, since I was running out of options, I decided to contact pokemom go support team. Why? You may ask... I was trying to bring my balance back to 0 from my end but guess what? My payment methods were getting declined. As shown in the pictures, they noticed that there was a disputed charge on a credit card (the sellers) which they were asking for proof which of couser I didn't have. I try to explain the best way possible trying to avoid a possible ban (since I've read that's it's against pokemon go policies to buy stuff for cheaper) that I couldn't provide such evidence. After a couple hours, the support team member was kind enough to unlock my payment methods, resulting in my having to pay and bring back the balance to 0.

After a few days, I was contacted by a redditor we had the same issue previously. He told me he had to email eldorado since their website live chat would take forever to answer. I hesitated wether to do it or not, but having nothing to lose, I decided to do so. I ran into a similar situation in which, they kept asking for "evidence" which they never clarified which kind of evidence they needed?

Regardless, after not getting an answer of what kind of evidence they needed, my refund being rejected several times from eldorado, and having to tell pokemon go support team that I had technically broken their policies, It finally happened, I got the very well refund.

Lesson of the matter? Never buy from eldoradogg...

A few days ago I reported a seller that has been scamming multiple people in eldorado (Gamerz_Denn). I raised a claim, waited days and this is what eldorado team had to say. I was explicit enough to explain the matter which was not that complicated. Long story short, I bought some coins, they got delivered, but days later the seller did something from his end(canceled the transaction his bank acc or whatnot) making MY pogo coin balance go negative. If you reading this know any other way or contact that could help with this matter, It'd be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've been using eldoradogg for a few months now, not a single issue ever, until now... Honestly I don't even know if it's an issue that they could solve in their end, thankfully I'm currently being helped by their team to see if I could getba refund but I wanted to know if anyone has recently or ever experienced something similar to this?
