Lawn Brown Patches

I have this new development of patches in my lawn. This after I added Fertilizer and over seeded. I also have crane flies. What could be the problem and how to go about fixing this! Location in Milton, Ontario.

CX-90 MHEV. Radiator Leaked twice!

We have a second radiator leak at 3 years / 60,000 kms. The first leak occurred at year 01 / 25,000 kms. Dealership is fixing under warranty. As I’m running out of 3 year warranty period soon, my concerns are:

  1. Has anyone experienced multiple radiator leaks due to an engine or cooling system issue? (I’m thinking weak headgasket / bad thermostat, etc)
  2. What can I do to de

Overall, while I was prepared for few hiccups, this being a new year1 model, my confidence with mazda is shaken now with multiple failures of the radiator, hybrid battery and steering column. My 3 year warranty runs out in two weeks. Should I sell? I was aiming for 6 years ownership but now have doubts. Any advice or experiences welcome! 🙏
