Received a dress that was listed as Like New but the tags have been cut out and it’s got a lot of pet hair.
It was only $23 and I think id rather keep it than return but looking for advice - should I make a report or will that just end up in a return?

Just for understanding how incredible this is: Vancouver was ranked first coming into the playoffs, Halifax barely made the bracket. This means that the birds had to play in Vancouver, they then have these incredibly bad first 2 quarters and still somehow come back!
A scoring run of 9!! Basically all in one quarter and complete shutout on the warriors until the end of the game ending in 10-7! It also means that the warriors are now out of the playoffs...
