Since Friday I’ve been unable to authenticate TV apps with my Fios login credentials and customer support has not been helpful at all. It feels like they don’t even know the cause of it. Hilariously they’ve opened a service ticket which states that the issue will be resolved tomorrow by 5pm. I don’t see any evidence that it’s actually been fixed for anyone. I’m aware that it’s a widespread, longstanding problem.

Seems like it's been a while since I've seen any of those slick drone shots between innings. Did they crash their drone? Did the FAA shut them down?
