mint mobile? att fiber for internet?

two different questions here sorry for the confusion

my mom and i are on the budget from hell and im considering signing her up for mint mobile but im unsure of the coverage in placerville (i live in sac). i thought about att for her but at her place they said it wasnt that great.

does anyone have it there? how do you like it? my dad is really sick so it’s imperative we have reliable coverage (though we try to stay on wifi as much as possible and she’s also fairly close to town)

also does anyone have att fiber for internet somewhat close to town? what are your thoughts? (hence why i also considered att for her for mobile bc we could bundle and get a lot off her internet bill if we switch her to att fiber)

thank you all so much in advance!

“everything” store inspired by previous post

this one is inspired by this post but i modified it a bit and managed to get everything in and everything boosted!

i still want to make everything a little cuter, and right now i have a few duplicates bc im trying to clear out some backstock that is making my storage situation… difficult 😅

the upper right hand corner was tricky bc you would think you could utilize that corner fully but NOPE. anyway i did figure it out and was able to put more things there than before so hey it worked out!

but yeah let me know what you think! i’ll post again when it looks a little cuter, i need to get the blueprint for golden boxes and figure out how to decorate bc i love the little plants ☺️

getting ready for the update

im a switch user who has completed everything and is just waiting for the update. without giving away too much, is there something i need to gather or do to be better prepared for the update? like is there a way that i should organize the shop or is there a certain amount of money i need to save?

▲ 3 r/FND

doing FND CBT but need advice

content warning: negative self talk(specific), mental health, discussion of treatment

so my therapist has been really great in explaining like the FND bucket and how to empty it and like how the boom/bust cycle makes it smaller and emptying it with vagus nerve exercises regularly (over time) can make it bigger (im assuming this is common knowledge, i havent been in this group very long i apologize if this is new information and am happy to explain at length if it is)

however we kinda came to a crossroads when “reframing” negative self talk about how much i feel like my body has ya know kind of betrayed me over the last few years. see i also have OCD and im fairly smart (and have waaay too much time on my hands thanks to FND lol) so i can out think faaaar too many things so when she was like “well you can thank your body for stopping you before you hurt yourself, that’s why bodies do that” and i was like “but thats not the case with FND, it’s my brain miscommunicating with itself” and she was like hmmmmm.

we never really found a good way to reframe that thought and phrase it in a way that works for FND specifically. i reeeeally struggle with negative self talk in general (largely due to OCD and too much time in isolation, im not nearly this bad when i have things to do and the ability to do them) and im trying to stop but the problem is i usually find some “logical” reason to continue (or something that seems like it has at least some supporting evidence in the moment).

in theory i know my productivity doesnt define my worth and all bodies are valid and those are things i genuinely believe for other people but im sooo much harder on myself and for me to believe it for myself i need something VERY concrete does that make sense? it’s definitely something im going to go back to working on in traditional therapy (again lol) once i can find a new therapist (FND therapist treat just FND if that was not clear like she and i talk a little bit but im limited to just 10 sessions with her)

also please let me know if FND CBT is new to anyone! i would be happy to make a post about my experiences with it!

edit: to be 1000% clear, my therapist works in the neurology dept of my hospital system, FND is absolutely a neurological disorder, but CBT is still helpful (it has been for me)
