Make 13 Transfers in Dublin Central

Whoever you vote, don’t vote Gerry Hutch.

Keep a murderer out of the Dáil by making lots of transfers, this means voting parties and candidates you wouldn’t usually transfer to. If you live in Dublin Central it is your duty to exercise your right to vote if you don’t want a criminal representing you in the Dáil.

Save us

Westmeath winning the Leinster will mean 7 million more “petition to rename Meath to Eastwestmeath” across Reddit.

Let’s just hope we actually try to win it next year or have a go for Sam.

Multicultural flag shagging

There are so many foreigners at Tommy Robinson’s professional flag shagging event.😡😡

We can’t have anything these days without some African guy funding the woke right to bring multicultural flag shagging to Europe.😡😡

And the guy running it goes under a name he wasn’t born with. He also claims to follow a religion founded in the middle east by a man who wants peace and love. 😡😡

That’s why I founding the Recycle Englun (Because UK implies unity and unity is woke) to make Englunf🇩🇰 Anglish again and bring us back to the good old days when there was child labour.

(In all seriousness I think this would create a movement on Facebook)

Negative coverage during Fianna Fáil Ard Fheis

I know Micheál Martin is yet to speak but the coverage from the Ard Fheis is more grim than usual. Usually the coverage from RTÉ on any party’s Ard Fheis is quite positive no matter the party and usually there is a bit of extra coverage. They put out an article today on whether Micheál Martin will be gone soon which is a bit grim.

I think I might be overthinking it a little bit as Martin hasn’t even made his speech at the time of writing but it’s just very negative.

Stop scapegoating people

Recently, Elon Musk posted a map that falsely claimed that the Republicans would win by a landslide if “only people that paid taxes voted”. While this was a strange but not unusual post for Musk it is actually a part of a long trend of pointing out how people vote.

Seeing how different demographics vote can be very useful in making observations on how people vote, why they vote, and how to win their vote.

For example the Democratic Party in America would have the black vote locked down in almost any election as Democrats typically campaign more on minority interests than the Republicans. That’s a useful insight into how race divides American politics and how pandering to certain racial groups is a legitimate strategy in American Politics.

What this is not useful for is winning an argument. Often, anti-right wing movements around the world use demographics to show election results if only certain groups voted.

This usually is if only people below a certain age could vote, if only educated people could vote, if only women could vote and if only black people could vote etc. etc.

My point is that this is mindnumpingly ignorant. What are you suggesting by saying “look how great it would be if only ‘x’ people could vote”? Should we actually just prevent people from voting that don’t have a certain education from voting? Should the elderly not have a vote? Should men not have a vote?

This just annoys me because (unless somebody wants to speak up and say one of these groups shouldn’t vote) the people who post this don’t actually believe that only a certain demographic should vote, they just want to scapegoat certain groups of society instead of suggesting actual solutions, engaging in constructive discussion about politics and making useful insights on the voting patterns of these demographics.

This goes for both sides of the political spectrum (although interestingly right wing circles usually take a more racial tone and are more prone to misinformation with these kind of things which is a topic for itself) and both sides are guilty of this.

It may seem funny to say that “Trump voters are stupid let’s all point and laugh” but this is a waste of everyone’s time.

BREAKING: Hull City set to remove all trees and hire security company to prevent Southampton interns.

Hull City have taken this action in fear of a Southampton spy breach. Hull City Council have also confirmed that the city is prepared to take “all possible measures” to prevent people from Southampton being allowed in city boundaries especially those with internships at Southampton FC.

Tonda Eckert commented on the matter with a statement. In the statement he claimed that:

It’s ridiculous what’s going on in Hull that they don’t want to be spied on. Expect the team to be back to Will Still form now”.

Hull City Council also confirmed that they are looking for advice from Ipswich on deporting people from Southampton from the city, given Ipswich’s rich history and culture of deporting foreigners.
