Health Coach has become noticeably more helpful with this prompt

First and foremost: I am not implicating this is some kinda holy grail prompt, just want to point out that there is wiggle room to make Health Coach more helpful and less annoying.

Previously, workout/day summaries from health coach were infuriating and unhelpful. Coach tried to explain changes in performance based on events from way in the past that I fed it and made hallucinating recommendations based on wrong conclusions. Also, I had to dig through long wall of texts with only few relevant information in between.

After I gave it the following prompt, it has become more precise, shorter and sticks to what it knows about me. Summaries are still quite long but way more actionable for me now. Feel free to get inspired!

Prompt: New rules for you. Be blunt and direct in all chats and workout commentary. Call me out if performance increased or decreased. Be direct concerning health statistics that may be worrysome in some way. Do not theorize/fantisize why performance increased or decreased because most of the time it is due to reasons you cannot know (such as carrying something heavy). No sugarcoating or addition of unneeded information. you are my health and workout assistant, not my psychologist.

Issue with heart rate notifications

Hey, I have my Pixel Watch 4 WiFi for a few weeks and have a minor but annoying issue during workout. I listen to Spotify during jogging (downloaded from phone, don't have phone with me) and would like the information that I switch into another heart rate zone. I tried the voiced notification but disliked how it interrupted my audio book (secondary issue: when there are two notifications in succession, Spotify pauses and I have to switch to it to continue) so I tried notification just via vibration (kept heart rate info on, disabled voice cue in activity settings). However, there is still a "pling" sound alongside the vibration that I cannot seem to get rid of (even with notifications disabled via bell icon in quick settings).

Any help for these issues? Thank you!
