Reta to tirz?

I am thinking about switching from Reta to Tirz, as I am finding that Reta isn’t giving me the results I want. I’m defs going to stop it after I finish my vial, but I want everyone’s opinion on tirz, or whether I just stop peps all together

For background, I’m 22F, 169cm and 61kg. I am training for an Ironman so I do a lot of endurance training. Reta completely ruined my endurance and I need to stop it. I’ve been on it for 6 weeks and only lost around 1.5-2kg anyways, and I slowly increased my dose from 0.5-1.5mg over that period. And as for my caloric intake, I’m ranging for 1800-2200 a day which I know is a lot for someone my size, but emphasis on the fact I’m doing a lot of endurance training (I’ve been hated on for my cals in another group oops)

My RHR went from 40 to 54, my HRV went from 110 to 63, and o really struggle with a lot of my training now, so Reta’s just really not worth it for me.

But I’ve read a bit about tirz, and I’m thinking about giving that a go. Does tirz give any endurance athletes negative side effects? Or does it help with body recomp (ie getting leaner/reducing the ‘skinny fat’ look).

I considered MOTSC to counteract Reta but prior to Reta my data was incredible and I had a really high V02 max so I don’t think it’s really necessary for someone of my age and position at the moment

Thanks in advance

Reta advice

Hi everyone
I know the whole thing with Reta is that you need to be patient and I am, but I have been on it for 3 weeks now and not much has changed. For the first week I was 0.5mg every 5 days, and then the other two weeks I was 0.75mg every 5 days.

For context I’m 61kgF 5”7, strength training 2x week and endurance training about 6 x a week (running, cycling & swimming). I’m aware Reta is not helpful for this but I have goals to meet 😪

I track and have about 1800cals per day, protein and carb focused for endurance

All I’ve noticed is a shortness in breath, elevated HR, tanked HRV, and maybe the slightest reduction in food noise.

I’m nearing the end out of my vial (in about 1-2 weeks) and was looking to buy again but I don’t know if I should reach out to a different supplier, or is this just genuinely how it is and I need to keep increasing my dose slowly until I find a sweet spot.

I am just see progression from people having huge differences in around 6 weeks, and for me to be halfway through that and see no change (maybe 500g decrease in weight) I’m just sceptical

TIA
