I wanted to try a challenge run now that I've beaten both paths and decided on a mono Dark run! What would be the best starter between Litten, oshawott, or eevee? Any advice for the run is appreciated as well!

Buster's a jack Russell terrier 10 months old and today got into a fly trap with the help of a 7 year old. He's fine but his paws are stained yellow even after a bath any tips on how to clean them?
