Hello,guys. I am Leo at Time Ultra.
As a TD, we’ve always handled every order openly, honestly, and responsibly. But with order #T94520, we ran into a really bad case of a scammy customer. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and made compromise after compromise, only to end up with him keeping the watch, getting a full refund (plus extra), and still filing a PayPal chargeback against us.
To keep things fair and transparent in the community and stop any false accusations, here is the full timeline of what actually happened:
- 2026/07/20: The customer paid a deposit, and we sent the QC photos the same day. Our PayPal account had a sudden issue, so we asked him to hold off on paying the rest of the money. He got annoyed, threatened to post a complaint, and sent the remaining payment anyway without checking with us. Even though the money was stuck due to our account issue, we decided to take the risk and ship out the watch.
- 2026/08/05: He got the watch and complained about the strap quality. He also said it weighed 138g on his scale, compared to the 142g we measured before shipping. Keep in mind, he used a basic kitchen scale, while we use a precise scale. A 4g difference is completely normal between different devices.
- 2026/08/06: To solve the issue nicely, we worked things out and sent him an initial refund of $250.
- 2026/08/13: He messaged us again, demanding a Pepsi at a super low price. We said no, and then offered a full refund if he returned the watch. He refused to send it back and threatened a PayPal chargeback. To just put an end to the drama, we refunded the remaining $263 without making him return the watch. Combined with the $250 from August 6, we refunded $513 total—which was actually more than the $475 he paid us in the first place.
- 2026/09/29: Even though we already over-refunded him ($513) and he kept the watch, we still got hit with a PayPal chargeback. On top of that, he even demanded that we send him a new watch before he would agree to cancel the chargeback. So he got the watch, got all his money back (and then some), and still tried to charge back to take even more money from us.
We never wanted this situation to deteriorate to this point, but he continues to threaten us. Looking at the whole picture—pushing payment through early, complaining over tiny details, keeping the watch after a full refund, and then filing a chargeback—this isn't just a regular buyer argument. It’s straight-up fraud.

OR Factory Seamaster 300 with free sprung movement
This post focuses on the OR Factory Seamaster 300. It elaborates on the differences between free-sprung movements and decorative plate movements, analyzes exterior and luminous craftsmanship, and provides key identification tips.
Free-sprung vs Regulated Balance
Free-sprung balance: Used by OR Factory. There is only one stud above the shock absorber. The timekeeping rate is adjusted via weight screws on the balance wheel.
Regulated balance: Used by VS Factory. A regulator limiter sits on the right side of the shock absorber. Timekeeping is controlled by moving the regulator to alter the effective length of the hairspring.
Decorative Plate Movement vs Integrated Movement
Decorative plate movement: There is a cover beneath the shock absorber, so the black balance wheel and hairspring cannot be viewed directly. It consists of a base movement topped with an added decorative plate.
Integrated movement: The base is open-worked. The black balance wheel is clearly visible with an open, transparent structure.
Bezel & Hands
The luminous pearl is embedded inside the ceramic bezel, with recessed lume filling at its center. OR Factory uses upgraded baton hands with smooth, burr-free edges.
Dial Details
Lume filling on markers of the ceramic dial is smooth. The wave pattern features strong depth. Printed ink lettering is well-finished. While slightly less dimensional than the VS Factory dial, it boasts excellent overall texture.
Bracelet & Clasp
Both OR Factory and VS Factory adopt fine all-angle brushing, delivering silky smooth side edges. The clasp comes with a quick micro-adjustment system on the back, allowing manual length adjustment for greater wearing comfort.
Luminous Performance
The lume is extremely bright overall. The minute hand glows green, while the hour hand and hour markers glow ice blue. The luminous coating is applied evenly with careful attention to details, achieving an outstanding visual effect.

Exterior and Craftsmanship
Bezel: Features an aluminum insert with a black coating, delivering a distinct matte texture.
Lume Marker: The 12 o'clock pip is fully filled with a smooth, jade-like finish. The surrounding gold metal trim has a warm yellow hue that contrasts sharply with the red triangle, showing flawless execution.
