Honorlock

Hello, I’m taking a online math class and it requires us to use honorlock for tests. We have to do a 360 of the room, show our phone and the computer with the phone camera, then put it away and have the computer on the side showing our hands and piece of paper. How could I overcome this?? (i have an ipad i can use additionally)

Fear is stopping me

Hello all,
I am a 19 y/o female and have a very deep fear of flying. I only flown once when I was little around 6 or 7 years old from Washington to Chicago. I don’t remember most of the trip, but mainly crying for my dad lol.

Now, I am older and have a boyfriend. His family travels, and next year they want to travel to Mexico for his 21st birthday. I am so deeply afraid of planes just thinking of it gives me so much anxiety, knowing I can’t control when we land or I can’t get out freely and move. It bothers me being up in the air and not knowing what will happen.

I don’t want my fear to stop me anymore, I want to travel and live life!! Any advice is recommended & I’m so happy I found this group.

Skincare SOS

In need of some guidance & help with my skin.

I posted a post not too long ago with some concerns regarding my skin, and the routine I was recommended didn’t seem to work or make a difference. I am seeking new help that will benefit my skin 😢 This routine listed below also seems to do nothing.
I feel so insecure currently and desperately will try the recommendations of others… thank you in advance.

Background:

Hello!

I have been in need for help with my skin. I have oily combination skin (mostly oily), and I am acne prone & sensitive as well. I have struggled with my skin ever since I hit puberty when I was 12. I am now a 19 year old female and my skin is acting up. I experience clogged pores, blackheads, acne, etc.

For context: I wear makeup mostly everyday (i have since I’ve started high-school), I do a daily routine of removing my makeup properly with a makeup remover balm and do my skincare after.

On the days I don’t work or have school, I let my skin breathe or even sometimes straight after work/gym I remove it. I do not believe makeup has an influence, but could be possible. I will list my routine below:

  1. Makeup balm by good molecules

  2. Good Molecules acne foaming cleanser (1x a week or 2)

  3. Switching between vanicream cleanser and byoma foaming rice deep cleanser

  4. Medicube Red Succinic Acid Panthenol Pads

  5. Good molecules lightweight daily moisturizer

  6. Good molecules moisturizing rich sunscreen spf 30

  7. Good molecules discoloration serum

If i have a pimple i popped, i will put tretinoin cream prescribed by my doctor and ja pimple patch on top. I used to take acne pills but I felt like they made no difference.
I now feel like tret is doing nothing either :/

*Please no hate or negativity towards my skin, I have tried my best along the years to fix it. I just need some input from others. Thanks!

AMT RMA

Hello all!

I made a post about a week ago seeking advice for my upcoming AMT RMA test. I am happy to say I passed! It definitely was tough though.

I didn’t get much advice other than two comments, so let this post be for those who are concerned & wanting some reassurance over the exam! I’ll be happy to answer.

Ask away :)

AMT RMA 2026

Hello all,

I am about to take my AMT RMA test next Thursday June 11th. Honestly, I am sh*tting bricks not knowing what to expect and my anxiety has went through the roof. I have studied like crazy, listened to Miss K’s medical assisting videos at work, driving, at the gym, etc and I purchased the Kaplan Medical Assisting Exam prep 8th edition that I plan on reviewing today.
My college didn’t give us any study material either to prepare, and I basically had one week in advance to study before I set my appointment date.

If there is anyone that has taken the test previously, what should I look out and study for? Tips? Advice? Please help ease my nerves !

Thank you
