I complained a few weeks ago about the difficulty I had with finding First Partner Series 2. The online drops were a mess, store drops were rife with scalpers.
But with a bit of perseverance (and trading at a LCS when I pulled a dupe of Gen 2) my series 2 is complete!
It can be done, folks 💪
Following my post a few days ago about not being able to catch any First Partners on release day, some good luck came my way!
A restock hit a local shop. I was fortunate enough to have time to drive there and pick up a box... And I got the Johto babies!! Can't believe my luck.
Dreams do come true, folks.
My collection has grown quite significantly, and organising bulk with limited storage space has always been a struggle!

But armed with a Terapagos UPC box, two ETB boxes and a plastic Chinese takeaway container, I've made a solution that fits me quite well!

The space between the ETB boxes and the plastic container fits my toploaders and sleeves + a tin (which is full of my Chinese Gem pack bulk), and the deck box has all the duplicate EX cards. All my bulk in a space that's less than 40cm x 30cm.

What's your bulk solution?
I wasn't able to go out to physical shops due to work, only to have terrible luck online too!

Last time I was able to grab one from Game and from Argos - but Argos today has been absolutely horrendous! :(

I know they'll be printing/producing a lot more but it's genuinely quite disheartening to see scalpers with 3+ boxes, selling for £50 each on Ebay/Vinted. Not a chance I'll pay those prices but honestly!!

Chaos Rising has been such a good set for my partner and I! We even got the Tauros and Claydol from a triple blister too. It feels nice to be so lucky 🥰
I have a save file with around 144 hours on it. I've had this save file for a long time, I think even before Bethesda implemented the fix for the form ID bug.
This singular character has gone through base game, the DLCs and now a bunch of the paid creations (the escape one and the tracker alliance stuff). I went through the unity for the achievement then immediately went back to pre-unity.
I love having a decent trail of saves for no reason in particular, but I'm getting to the point where having 40+ saves isn't possible.
I'm at 38 saves currently, and that's taking up 871 mb of the space my Xbox allows for the save game.
871 / 38 = 22mb per save.
I'm not surprised, but no wonder loading the game from the main menu takes a hot minute 😂
I've heard the fix is going through the unity again, if I want to keep this character. But I love collecting and decorating my player homes.
Surprisingly, my game is pretty stable despite my absolute whopper of a save file. Only a couple crashes in the last 24 hours of game time.

Edit: Apparently they didn't fix the form ID bug?? Oh dear.
Edit 2: they did fix the form ID bug. There another error that's not yet fixed.
