Hi all, looking for people who've been through this recently.

Timeline so far:

• Cleared all interview rounds
• Selection/offer-process email received
• Pre-offer documents submitted on 21 July 2026
• BGV completed on 1 August 2026
• RippleHire status has stayed at "Document submitted. Awaiting review & approval" this whole time, no other update

I've followed up with HR by email once, no response yet. Just trying to understand:

1. Is a 3+ week wait at this exact stage (pre-offer doc review, before offer release) typical for LTIM right now?
2. For those who got through this stage, how long before the offer letter actually came?
3. Anything specific worth following up on, or is this just normal queue time?

Not in a rush to vent, genuinely just trying to calibrate whether to keep waiting or push harder. Thanks for any real experiences.
