Soo there's this breathing technique...

Like u need to sit straight up and start taking deep breaths,like 30 good deep breaths u should feel the air filling ur stomach and escaping ur lungs....

After 30 rapid breaths u completely stop breathing,like sit ideal without breathing for abt 30secs....u will start to feel tingling sensation in ur brain and ur body....after 30 secs breath out and start breathing normally...it will instantly get rid of urges i promise..
