Can anyone recommend a good quality cheese press which can be set to specific weights and that will take a good sized mould (200mm diameter)?

I have made a Gruyere and done the 1st and 2nd saltings. Next is to wash the rind with the ripening culture, but I am not clear what concentration to make up to make the wash solution. The packet I have is 2g and I think it needs to be dissolved in saline, but I am not sure how much.

Does anyone use this ripening culture? If so, how do I make it up?

EDIT: I think I have this figured out now thanks. I'm using 20mg of the culture powder in 500ml of 3% saline solution

I have a brand new Seal Excellence AWD and last night I put it on scheduled AC charging (using the cheap electricity hours). This morning the battery was at 95 miles / 30% and the car has been parked all day in the same spot. It is now 12 hours later and (according to the app) it is showing 91 miles / 28%

Why would it slowly be losing charge like this? It's powered down, so shouldn't be using any power.

Could it be because the AC charging cable is still plugged in?

EDIT: after some further experimentation I have doscovered that if you un-plug it, the power stops draining. So there is no need to disable scheduled charging, just make sure you unplug between scheduled charging sessions. Kind of annoying if - like me - you often leave your car charging in the garage for a day or two, because you have to keep plugging and unplugging.

Coverage has already started for the women's race today on TNT so I am assuming this is one day that ASO have decided to cover in full.

I'm trying to use a photo of my family as the wallpaper on the infotainment screen. I copied the photo from a USB drive into the car's Pictures folder but I can't figure out how to make it the wallpaper. I watched a youtube video that suggests if you open the image and click on it you should see a button "set as wallpaper" but I don 't get this button.

Has anyone managed to do this?

Anybody watching on TNT do you know who the commentators are? They’ve not mentioned their names and I can’t find out from the TNT/HBO Max website.

Excited to see the start of the TdFF.

(although the addition of the "avec Zwift" every time the commentators refer to the race got quite wearing last year...I realise it's a contractual obligation, but it sounds cumbersome to me).

It's weird how the ad breaks are not synchronised with the video feed! We only hear audio for the ads initially and still see the video of the race!

I got my brand new Seal Excellence AWD today but I can’t get car play to work, whatever I do. I’ve connected the phone to the car’s Bluetooth and can make call ok, but car play won’t work at all. I’ve tried forgetting and reconnecting.

Anyone else had this issue? Any solutions?

UPDATE: it seems the car just wanted a night's sleep. Today I was about to drive to the BYD dealership to ask for their help and as I started the car it just decided to work!

apparently TNT has ad breaks this year. Is there any way to watch it without ad breaks?

There are many situations in WW where the President is with his coterie of senior staff (Leo, Josh, Toby, Sam, CJ) discussing something pretty high level, secret etc and Donna is there too. How come? For example, the announcement of Will's appointment and the deployment of forces to Kundu in a back room of one of the inauguration balls (S04E15). There are many examples. None of the other senior assistants are ever there. Margaret, for example, who even outranks Donna!

I'm visiting Hokkaido in September and will be in Sapporo for a couple of days. I would like to try the miso ramen (which is originally from Sapporo) and wondered if any of you guys could recommend some good places?
