[rosacea type 2?] [flare]

M/18 I don’t know if this is rosacea or not so pls be kind but I always have flare ups on my t zone with red itchy patches or puss filed ones. I always get hot flushes and when I do I get red itchy patches all over my face, when I sweat for example. And most skincare I use will burn my face from the redness on my cheeks, I know there not acne as I have never had acne and these spawned in the space of a few hours. I use unscented skincare but it seems to not be working. Pls if there is anything that u recommend product wise or doing at home to prevent it, I have okay skin for 2 weeks with the odd red spots but then I seem to have a massive flare up and not seem to go away. I’m in a very vulnerable position atm it may not capture the worst on the photo but Believe me it gets worse, and I also can’t afford a dermatologist, so any help is appreciated

[pimples] [selfie]

These spots always appear on my tzone and never go away. And when they eventually do it litreally spawns right after. And I can’t remember when the last time this area of my face was clear, pls any suggestions products or ideas that this could be! Desperately need help, for face wash I use calm and restore from aveeno and cetaphil face moisturiser. And I put on some pirocotone olamine face wash in the morning on the spots as it claims to be antibacterial. And I use sudocreme on them to try and get the inflammation down

Ingrown hairs(i don’t know exactly what the bumps are)

Can someone please help me get rid of this, please it’s completely ruined my confidence. I shave my face frequently and where the hair is trying to grow back thru its ingrown and looks like a bumpy rash, it’s not just this one time it’s been there, no matter if I shave or don’t shave it doesn’t leave. I feel like it’s not going to go away! Pls if anyone has suggestions of products or ideas to get rid of this!! I also get I think it’s possible to be folliculitis as I get it all over my body
