Advice Requested - Fireplace styling/art

Hello all,

Newly moved into home and we're struggling with determining what size of art we should be considering for this area, as it seems there are many suggested guidelines.

For context, this is a 2 story living room (22ft ceiling). Mantle width is 84", and floor to the top of the mantle is ~64".

Is 2/3 width still a recommended size here? Go less wide and more vertical? Any art piece this size is going to be nonrefundable, so I don't want to be left with something that looks poorly designed.

Credit Help - Unfortunate Circumstance

Hey all

I'll try to keep this brief, but seeking assistance/understanding on if anyone has potential remedy to the below or if I'm just SOL.

For context, in my mid 30s and never had a missed payment on anything in my life, and until this incident had a credit score of 815.

In December, my wallet fell out of my vehicle in a parking lot, ultimately I had to replace everything. As a result, I thought I had got all of my autopays back and scheduled. Unfortunately, one that I overlooked was my recurring student loan payment.

The kicker is, I make one monthly payment through my servicer (Mohela), but it is a payment that represents the multiple loans (7)I took in college, combined into one.

The monthly is relatively nothing ($300), and this is largely debt I've just kept because it is low interest, not a detriment to my finances, and is (generally) helpful to maintaining the high credit score I had built.

So the one missed $300 payment has been struck against my credit score for each individual loan that $300 represents. Therefore I've now got 7 missed payments on my previous 15 years of spotless credit. It has tanked my score to 600.

I am desperate for options to try and minimize this, or potentially have it count as one missed payment vs 7. My loan servicer basically told me to pound sand. I'm desperate for any guidance here that might help lessen the blow of staring at 600 credit score for the next 7 years.
