Trona mental health resources ?

I have a friend, 18, who lives in Trona, and struggles with really awful mental health, and I don’t exactly know how to help since I live out in bakersfield and have literally no idea what it’s like down there. He says his therapist won’t call him back and neither will the doctors office. He wants services but he’s clearly having issues getting them and I don’t have the resources to help, and he literally has no friends down there and his family doesn’t help him in any way whatsoever except letting him live with them. He also doesn’t go to in person school, so I don’t know if he can ask the school for help.

How to make my dell inspiron 3000 run smoother

I don’t have much money to buy a new laptop so I wanna make the most out of this one for now until I can get a new laptop. I mainly just use it for games, but only really Minecraft, Roblox (mostly), and occasionally Sims 4. And I love adding mods to things, which of course, makes it run slower… Which it’s already pretty slow as is. I just want to know if there’s any way to get it to run these things a bit more smoothly with spending a minimal amount of money. I’m also not at all tech savvy, I know basically nothing about laptops and computer and whatnot.

How to stop getting triggered by small things the person i’m fixated on does

When i say fixated, I mean “fp” I just really dislike the term.

Im a very aware person. I know when Im getting upset and I don’t act on it, I never lash out at him, I don’t ignore him, and I make sure Im not being passive aggressive either. Lashing out isn’t my issue. It’s just the feeling of genuine distress whenever he does something that upsets me. I always know it’s small and definitely unintentional on his part, but it still upsets me. He’s not my partner so i’m not going to ask for reassurance every single time because it’s not his job to manage me, and if i were to ask for reassurance every time i needed it, it’d be once or twice a day.

After a few hours I typically get over it and then i’m fine, and then something else small happens and everything is ruined for hours again. Distraction doesn’t help, it won’t leave my mind.

I just want to know how to stop getting so upset and letting these things ruin my day every single day. I genuinely just feel so miserable.
