On my birthday two days ago i got the first 2 deluxe volumes and I’ve been addicted to reading this sorry ever since, kentaro miura’s art is so beautiful and every expression he chooses to give guts is just perfect. After the stuff with Griffith and the count going to hell and seeing what guts says to Theresa the panel of him tearing up just did something to me.

The edginess of the series doesn’t feel like how other mangaka’s write edginess there’s something deeper to guts and something deeper than just a black swordsman and I’m excited to see how it plays out 🙏🏾
