Hi everyone,
I'm a 2026 CSE graduate from a Tier-3 college, and I'm feeling a bit lost right now.
I've received 4 campus offers, but all of them are in the 4–5 LPA range. I'm grateful to have offers, but I was hoping for something better.
My primary tech stack is Java, Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Data JPA, Microservices (basics), and AWS Cloud fundamentals.
I've been applying to a lot of off-campus opportunities through LinkedIn, company career pages, Workday, Wellfound, and other job portals, but I'm not even getting Online Assessment (OA) links. Most of my applications don't receive any response.
It's honestly frustrating because many of my classmates have landed much higher packages, and I feel like I'm falling behind.
If anyone has cracked off-campus hiring or has any advice on getting shortlisted, improving my resume, or finding companies currently hiring 2026 graduates, I'd really appreciate your guidance.
