Currently doing a top in on my 2022 KTM 250 SXF I ordered piston rings from Pro X on Moto sport and vertex gaskets the piston rings on the package say 2016 to 2019 i’ve looked it up, but all the answers. I’m finding are from ai and I know you can’t trust ai, I put them on the piston, but haven’t fully installed them yet, they seem to fit good and I don’t see difference between them and the OEM piston rings, I appreciate any help!
Currently doing a restoration on my 2022 ktm 250 sxf, the motor was flooded and the bike was crashed badly, I’ve got the top end torn apart and cleaned up the throttle body, head, and honed/cleaned the cylinder, there was water in the motor but it didn’t get past the rings, the rings are rusted from water hence the new rings, I wasn’t going to change out the piston yet as this is already a very expensive project and it only has 45 hours on the entire bike, I’ve also bought new electrical stuff ecu and a few other things, thanks for any help!
This is satire btw
Brake master and hydraulic clutch master, the brake caps are damaged the hydraulic clutch cap was really bad so i ended up just sanding down after I found out they wanted 40 dollars for one, I appreciate any help! 2022 KTM 250 s-xf
I should of been wearing my mx boots I know pretty dumb of me, definitely need to make the landing way bigger
I’ve been getting random comments that don’t violate any rules get deleted by mods, does anyone know why?
Thinking about getting them for my rmz450 and my ktm 250 sxf, I’ve had thrill seekers seat covers in the past and I wasn’t to impressed with them, I’ve heard good things about them but never used one, thanks for any help!
I have no clue why the color is wayyy off, I haven’t been riding much and when I am I’m not try to wheelie so I’m a bit rusty!
Just waiting on a new ECU and a few other electrical parts waiting for gaskets and new piston ring then it ought to run again!
I’m currently restoring my flooded 2022 ktm 250 sxf I’ve done a few top ends and what not but I’ve always used klotz benol 2 stroke oil, if it’s a good assembly lube I’ll continue to use it, thanks for any help!
I’m currently selling my very nice 1996 kx250 for 2600$ I got a message for a offer of 2350$ I said yes we messaged for about 2 hours and asked like 1000 questions we got a meet up time for 6pm tomorrow but i was an hour away from him so I offered to meet halfway we got all of that squared away got a time then he asked if we could meet today instead I said yes but it would be a bit of a struggle because of last minute, I drove 40 minutes away to meet him one way got there unload the bike started it started first kick like always I put in the description that it needed suspension work, he got on the bike I told him TO NOT HAMMER ON IT because the chain slider wasn’t on because I was cleaning it but I told him he could take it out very slow in 1st gear but he hammered on it and almost slid out and the chain popped off almost went through the case and scratched my powder coated swing arm very badly he didn’t seem to give a shit tho, he didn’t read the description I said it needed suspension work done forks and rear shock he said I didn’t put that in there then lowballed me more I obv said no, and he walked away, wasted my time and diesel money I’m honestly so pissed off people are just so annoying, what’s some of you’re market place stories?
I know it’s missing the chain slider I took it off to clean it and forgot to put it back on, I’m currently thinking about selling would some PC split fire graphics help?
I’ve never used it before but it was recommended by a guy at the dealer, thanks!

• FMF shorty
• V force reeds
• Renthal bars
• Renthal bar pad
• Acerbis plastics
• Hinson clutch basket
• ODI lock on grips
• Dunlop tires with about 90% life left
• Wiesco piston and crank estimated 50hrs
• Excel wheels powder coated purple

All these parts are almost brand new, other then the FMF, oil has been changed every 8-10 hours, estimated 50 hours since full motor rebuild with wiesco parts, all the hours on the bike have been pretty soft, always ran koltz 32:1 gas mix, pretty firm in my price please don’t lowball me, the only thing the bike needs is the rear shock rebuilt it’s about $200 to get it rebuilt otherwise the bike is mint.
I have it listed for 2,200 since the shock needs rebuilt, there going for 2,500-3k in my area but there’s not a whole bunch of fb marketplace, thanks for any help!

Hello everyone, I recently purchased this 2022 KTM 250 SXF the bike is crashed missing ecu and some other electronics, the bike cranks fine if I bypass the starter relay it feels smooth when turning it by hand through the fly wheel, my question is that it has had a decent amount of water in the intake and in the head the bike wasn’t running when water got in it what will I have to do With the motor? It has 45 hours, thanks for any help!
Sorry for asking this but I wasn’t able to find anything online, I appreciate any help!
Pic just for attention, I’m going to buy a 2022 ktm 250sxf on the 20th but It was crashed so it’s going to be a project, one of my problems is that it’s a 3hr trip and it’s going to be raining and I only have a truck the air box is open so I didn’t want water to get in there so yall think a tarp would work or should I see if I can use a small enclosed trailer, thanks!
EDIT the bike has 45.8 hours I understand this bike is a project I know I’ll need to put a decent amount of money into if, don’t waste your breath commenting if you’re just going to tell me that, thanks to everyone that was being helpful!
