[CA] - We built Canadian payroll & HR software that actually handles T4s, PD7A, and paystubs — $5/employee flat, lifetime pricing for first 2,000 customers

Hello Business Owners,

I'm one of the founders of HRmonium, an HRIS and payroll platform built specifically for Canadian businesses. I wanted to share it here because honestly, this community is exactly who we built it for.

The backstory: we kept seeing small and growing businesses duct-taping together spreadsheets, ADP, and manual T4 exports every February. So we built something cleaner.

HRmonium handles:

📋 Employee records and document management

💸 Payroll calculations and paystubs

🇨🇦 T4 generation and PD7A remittance reports

🏖️ Time off tracking and approvals

📁 All in one place — no US-centric workarounds

Flat $5/employee/month — no per-module fees, no surprise add-ons.

We're offering lifetime pricing at $5/seat to our first 2,000 customers. Price goes up after that as we add features.

Not here to spam — happy to answer any questions about Canadian payroll compliance, the product, or anything else in the comments.

[CA] - What payroll software are Canadian small businesses actually using in 2026?

I've been researching payroll and HR software options for Canadian small businesses and I'm genuinely surprised by how few solutions actually handle the Canadian-specific stuff properly — T4 generation, PD7A remittance reports, ROE filing, provincial tax tables across all provinces.

Most of what I find is US-based software that sort of works for Canada but not really.

Curious what people here are actually using:

👉 Are you on ADP, Humi, Rippling, QuickBooks, or something else?

👉 What's broken or annoying about it?

👉 What would make you switch?

Especially interested in hearing from businesses with 10–150 employees where the manual payroll pain is real but you're not big enough to justify an enterprise solution.

Not selling anything — genuinely trying to understand where the gaps are.

Built an HR + Payroll platform — offering free onboarding for first 2,000 companies

Hey everyone,

I’ve been building an all-in-one HRIS + Payroll platform designed for small and growing businesses that want something simpler and more affordable.

Some features include:
• Employee management
• Payroll processing
• Pay stubs & tax forms
• Time off tracking
• Role-based access
• Modern clean UI
• Built for Canadian businesses first

We’re preparing for launch and I’m looking to onboard the first 2,000 companies completely free to gather feedback and improve the platform with real users.

If you run a business, manage payroll, or work in HR and would be interested in trying it out, comment below or DM me. I’d genuinely love feedback from the community.

Happy to answer any questions as well.
