I asked ChatGPT to make me a camper with a Ford King Ranch look, and this is what it created. I laughed at the front wheels, then I was like, wait, what? Tandem trailers have front wheels, why not campers. Wouldn’t it distribute the load better? It also gave it dual back wheels. I wonder if it would track easier at highway speeds?
Rock Guards, the little mud flap forward of the rear tire, comes on the F-150 STX, Lariat and Tremor packages. It does not come on any Super Duty. So I added them to mine. What do you think?
I like the BMC Hitch lights, but the cost is way too high. So I made my own. How did I do? I used 2.5” square tubing to slide into the ends of the receiver tube. I used 3” square tubing to house the lights. All welded, sanded, primed and painted. Super strong and low profile. You see them if you know they are there otherwise most folks do not notice them. I use them for hooking up my trailer at night and farm work.

The wife and I are interested in getting some e-bikes. She is 67 years old and 130 lbs. I’m 63 years old and 190 lbs. We want folding bikes to fit in the back of a Honda Pilot so we can take the auto-train to Florida then ride the boardwalk/beach sidewalk in Miami, etc. We would like the bikes to have removable batteries so we can charge in our hotel room. Something with good power, moderate range (50 miles), can carry groceries, change of clothes, etc., nothing above $3k. What do you recommend?
