Capacitor sourcing?

Capacitor sourcing?

I bought the cheapest three head cassette deck I've ever seen nearby, but pretty sure the seller probably found it in the dump lol. It's really dirty and has obvious issues. But it's an Onkyo and I'd like to attempt to save it.

When switched on, The lights turn on but then turn off immediately/buttons don't do anything.. Which led me to look around the board and see this sketchy capacitor that hopefully is the cause.

I've never bought a capacitor and looking online I haven't been able to find one with exact specifications. Does anybody have one to sell, or can help lead me to where to find one?

Thank you kindly for any help.

Recording head wire advice

Hello! I recently found this onkyo near me, really looking to make better recordings..but as usual nothing is working perfectly. It has the same issue as this thread copied on bottom illustrates (recordings sound very low, mine tend to have lots of hiss regardless of tape/old or new. Basically the connection is bad somehow because if I manipulate it the sound drastically improves, but my pins are not broken like the op says is broken on theirs. Should I replace them with something like this: https://ebay.us/m/MXwJAK ? not sure if the size is correct. Is there any other solution anyone has taken when something like this happens? The connection is not oxidized but cleaned it up anyways. https://www.tapeheads.net/threads/onkyo-ta-207-recording-problem.82685/ appreciate any help, MERCI!!
