I don't think I can do this anymore.
This is my (26m with severe GAD) first time being alone in the house for an extended period of time (10 days) and I genuinely don't think I can handle any more of it. Every day feels like a new crisis and I'm constantly feeling nauseous/being sick. This is all whilst taking my antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds. (Sertraline 100mg daily and Propranolol 40mg 3 times a day.)
I genuinely jump at every sound and smell around the house, I'm always on the verge of an anxiety attack.

First time in many decades these V8-powered monsters have graced our wee country, and the first time ever they've ran at my local short track!
For those who are unfamiliar with them, they're similar to American sprint cars, with the added excitement of being allowed to push and shove other cars out of your way as you drive through the field!
