New SDS Plus Drill bit not fitting

Basically title, they are the same standard, one shank reads 10mm the other 10.2mm (my caliper might be bad) one fits fine, the other wont go in or lock AT ALL. I have tried greasing and trying again. Am I doing something wrong or is this a manufacturing defect? The hammer drill is the Parkside Performance 3J one.

Where does this pad go?

Bottom left ripped pad, for the top right it's visible it's the trace running around it, the bottom left?

It's an inverted with the drivers blown, removal of the vertical daughterboard ripped some pads, looked broken from the start but this ended it.

Amplifier repair component identification assistance

https://preview.redd.it/52kctik5yc1h1.png?width=750&format=png&auto=webp&s=72e9fc59fd2c1c2ca9aad70fccc766fe71bfadae

Looking to ID the burned resistor on the bottom left, silk screen number 233, have not yet checked the transistors, will do while I get some answers on this post, resistor completely burnt out the it's mark, having difficulty identifying it. Any help would be appreciated by someone who has a similar layout amplifier able to check.

Coming this Thursday to my country, I have the regular Mitre saw and was thinking if this will allow me to work with bigger pieces?

Is it accurate? Are the brushes swappable?

First thing I will be doing is getting a proper blade.
