The new rig wanted to flex on our hike this morning.

Full Reno on small back yard in Oceanside CA. Everything online said warm season grass due to my zone so I laid a hybrid Bermuda that was supposed to have some shade tolerance. I’m coastal so it didn’t get enough heat or sun for the Bermuda. Yard gets about 4-5 hours of sun but it rarely gets above 80. Ripped it out after putting in pavers and planted TC Blue Shadow and TC Total Eclipse (Shade tolerant KBG w/ fine fescue). Last pic is after the first mow. Hoping this takes
