Engine longevity

Recently got this 2013 3.5l eco boost with 147k miles. It’s a blast to drive and I want to keep it running as long as possible.

I saw some advice saying to hold down the gas pedal for a couple seconds while cranking the engine to pump oil to the turbos before letting it fire up. My question is: is this bad for the starter and or/battery and would it just be better to start it right up?

What other advice do you guys have for keeping it running as long as possible?

I’m tired of ordering stuff on Amazon and waiting for it to get here only for it to not be what I ordered.

The jets clearly said in their description that they had 5mm threads but when they got here what do you know, they’re 4mm

Ordered a rim that was disc and caliper brake compatible, it gets here and it’s neither, it’s a coaster brake?!

Tired of wasting my time and money. Even beyond these 2 products many of the other products I’ve ordered seem poorly made or used upon arrival

I know it’s not Amazon making these misleading listings but they are the ones who protect them. They’ve taken down my negative reviews and flood them with fake reviews.

Just had to rant because this had been pmo

Getting back into working my bike. Still needs the carb tuned but these china atv knock-offs can be a pain in the ass. Hit 30 at a little more than half throttle before it bogged down so I’m excited to see how it moves when it’s all fixed up.
