I am trying to generate a self-addressed express shipping label, and the website does nothing when I click "continue to shopping cart" after I've entered the send and return addresses.

This is a necessary step for me to renew my US passport.Their website gives this direct link:

It just doesn't work. For the label I am the recipient and Passport Center is the sender. This is for them to send me my new passport, and I am supposed to include it in the packet that I am sending them. I live in Germany. All the addresses are in Germany.

Things I've tried: logged in with my DHL account, not logged into my DHL account. Several different browsers. The DHL app on my phone. Various spellings (Str. vs Strasse, etc). Different phone/emails. Different computers.

I even went to a DHL station, and the guy told me that the Express label can only be generated online, and he couldn't do it. He could generate a label, but the sending address could only be from his packet station, and it would start immediately.

What am I supposed to do? I've been trying for several months to do this, to no avail. There is no way to contact DHL customer support. I keep thinking that your website is messed up and that you will fix it, but not yet.
