What are some things I can do now to better prepare for boot camp? I’m signing an 03XX infantry contract and I’m already a poolee. I wrestle and box, so I’m in decent shape, but I’m looking for anything else I should be working on before I ship.
Also, for any 03 boys here, what’s an average week look like once you get to the fleet? I’m curious about the day to day life, training, field time, and overall routine.
Some questions I have are:
1)How much time is spent training vs. doing details?
2)How often are you in the field?
3)How often do you jump?
4)What did you enjoy most and least?
I’m 16 years old. I’m in the gym 3-5 days a week I’m a wrestler, boxer and run at least 3 times a week. I would like some tips on how to further progress myself before I turn 18. and looking on things I should be doing starting now. Anything helps.
