Anyone wanna take a guess?

This once belonged to my grandma. I wonder what era it came from, if these are real gems and if it’s real gold (unmarked).

I have no plans on getting rid of it. So no real need to take it to a jeweler or whatever, I’m going to enjoy it just the same but I’m curious especially what the gems are.

One diamond or “diamond” is missing, so I know not to wear it, slightly too big anyways! But I love just having it.

Thanks in advance!

Anyone else a second timer?

This is my second time on sert. I weened off with the advice from this sub & my doctor and it went wonderfully then horribly. Four weeks after I reached zero, all the anxiety & panic came back worse than ever. But weaning affected me none, had no symptoms. It was very weird.

I restarted slow & low. After about 6 months I’m at 25 mg. It’s been awful with every increase, then improvement after a couple weeks. I’ve been feeling pretty good at 25 until this past week. 6 weeks total on 25. I believe it’s time for an increase. I’m going to do 37 for a month or so and then 50.

Just wondering if anyone else has found it to be much harder and slower the second time around?

Is it time to try a diff med or up my dose?

Hi & thanks in advance for any and all advice.

Back story: started sert in 2024 for anxiety. Got up to 75 mg and noticed not much of a difference so I weaned off slowly, even more slowly than my doctor suggested lol.

I was trying to avoid any bad symptoms from coming off of the sert. And I was fine until about 6 weeks after when I had the worst (& first!) panic attack of my life. And dizziness that lasted for a month. During the panic attack I was desperate for it to go away so I took 6.25 (a quarter of my 25mg pill) that I had left over and contacted my doc who told wrote me a new script for 50. She wanted me to give Zoloft another try since I already started taking it again.

I kind of went rogue here and upped my dose much slower than my doc suggested. I’m now 2 full weeks into 25 mg and the dizziness is back with a vengeance. My anxiety isn’t much better. But some days are fine, others I can’t even leave the house.

I’m due for a renewal here in a week. What would you do, ask for a med change or try to get up to 50 or higher, ride it out? I know the 25 is way too low for me, my anxiety is pretty extreme. But I don’t know, does the dizziness mean this isn’t the right med for me?

I’m hoping for no judgement on how I didn’t up my dose when I should’ve, but from what I’ve read slow is better. I was terrified it would get worse. But looking back, I wish I would’ve just jumped into the 25 again, like I did the first time. I would’ve possibly saved myself 6 months of pure hell.

Anyways, I appreciate you all!
