I just read the Hollywood reporter interview with Lisa Barlow talking about her new singing career. Does she seriously think she’s talented enough to make a go of this? Of course she does, but does anybody else think she can sing? She’s making it sound like she’s been singing since she was a child and this was always going to be her future. She’s got confidence, I will give her that.
Let me preface this by saying I’m asking this with all due respect. My husband is a lifelong surfer. 70 years old now. He lived and surfed on the North Shore of Oahu in the 70s and was a very good big wave surfer. He surfed everywhere and he surfed with some of the greats. We will be on Maui in October, and he would like to do a little bit of surfing. Over the last few years, he has ridden his dirtbike more often than he has surfed, even though we live at the beach. He’s getting back into surfing despite the cold water where we live. Home break is a very territorial local spot on the Central coast of California. He wants to be respectful and not be surfing where locals would prefer him not to be. He’s just gonna surf a couple days and wants something kind of mellow. Big wave days are in the past. Last time I was there I saw a place called Ironwoods that was breaking and it looked super fun. Can anybody please let us know where the locals would prefer him to be if anywhere? Mahalo.

I am wondering the cost of having a large Maui carved wooden hook shipped home. I don’t want to bring a large suitcase just to try to guess and bring one home with me plus I have seen the way baggage handlers throw the luggage around. Anybody done this? Approximate cost? I’m talking a big Maui hook, 2 ft tall at least

I am wondering if it is possible to temporarily pause my listing for eight days while I finally go on a vacation. I don’t wanna be a slave to my phone having to check constantly to see if I’ve got anybody that needs me to answer a reservation request.
I keep saying I’m not gonna watch the next season because I can’t stand all the screaming but I wonder if Jen being out of prison will be discussed and how Robert Jrs death will be addressed. And now Lisa and her horrid song … I should probably just face it and admit I’m gonna tune in despite my own objections. 🤷♀️

I have three Lotone rotary tumblers. I’m wanting a vibratory Tumbler for larger rocks. I’m watching one on an auction that is an older midway model. Upon researching, I found that these things tend to overheat and I can’t have that as I have a separate rock shed, and I can’t have a fire. What brand do you guys recommend?
