bad weather+ angie’s fake proof in the reunion
i feel like it was really brushed past that the proof on Angie’s scroll that was supposed to incriminate Lisa for owning the troll account is staged. bad weather’s argument is that they clicked forgot account and instagram revealed it was Lisa’s phone number attached to the account but on the screenshot it clearly shows that Whitney had to enter a phone number first.
i honestly think it’s crazy because Whitney heather and Angie proceeded to claim their staged proof was real and stood ten toes behind the fact that Lisa’s phone number was attached to the troll.
edit: people keep saying that instagram would not send a code to any random number, after trying to log into a random account i did get asked for my phone number and it said it would send my number a code. it just didn’t end up sending a code because my phone number was not linked to an account

Lisa Barlow Pop Star Era
I just read the Hollywood reporter interview with Lisa Barlow talking about her new singing career. Does she seriously think she’s talented enough to make a go of this? Of course she does, but does anybody else think she can sing? She’s making it sound like she’s been singing since she was a child and this was always going to be her future. She’s got confidence, I will give her that.

I’m really curious what everyone is thinking about lisa barlow on ugt and in general. ive always been a lisa stan but i feel like i used to see so much hate about her constantly on social media and rn im rly only seeing love. im just so curious if it’s like confirmation bias that im only seeing love since i like her so much or if people are really coming around. obviously it’s early but even the new slc promos/trailers coming out and everything it seems like everyone is just liking her a little more.

Why is Britani back??
This will be her 3rd year I think?? Absolutely nobody likes her, she gets attacked every season, her storyline is ALWAYS Jared and seems to still be. At this stage it just seems like they're dragging her on as bait for the rest, and she's sadly desperate enough to go along with it.
Do we think it'll change this year?

Why does Mary Cosby go on girls trips and hang out with the girls if she hates them? Honestly i don't get it all she does is sit apart, judge the others and make annoyed faces

Let's bring Feminism Back
I'm fine with the downvotes, but I think we need to give these women some grace during what is probably one of the hardest periods of their—and their families'—lives.
Some of the discourse here is starting to enforce a pretty archaic idea: that a woman's ultimate achievement is getting married, and staying married means she "won." Funny how we don't talk about the huzzbands that way.
Marriage is not an accomplishment badge, and divorce is not a failing grade.
Staying in a troubled marriage for the optics doesn't make someone "the winner" or, as someone here put it, "a miracle." Sometimes the brave choice is admitting something isn't working and choosing a different life.
These women aren't making that choice lightly. They have children and entire families whose lives are changing with theirs.
So maybe before we declare their mothers "losers" for not staying miserable, we could retire the idea that Mrs. is a higher rank than Ms.
Let's bring back judging Housewives for what actually matters: terrible fashions, inexplicable business ventures, and crimes against friendship.

Lisa Barlow's awkward family
On season 3 right now and can't help but notice how awkward and uncomfortable every scene is with Lisa and her family. The season 2 prom scene where she can barely keep her hands off Jack...OMG. What a freak!! Gawking over fresh wolf all the time and trying to play basketball talking about college and business and Jack is clearly not feeling it. Henry is always trolling her & John just seems to have no idea what's going on, ever. She probably sits there for five hours coaching them on how to act and what to say when the cameras come out. Like okay everyone let's put on a show!!! And they just act so uncomfortable. It's just so weird, I wonder how they really act.

I just binged the first 5 seasons and just started episode 1 of season 6 and Lisa is not on this trip and she is still the topic of conversation…please tell me that they have other topics of conversation and this is not another “we hate Lisa” season. Robert Sr. Was only 22 when he married Mary’s grandma.
I’m doing a rewatch (second post about this today lol). Anyway, I was SHOCKED to learn that Robert Sr (Mary’s husband/grandfather) was only TWENTY-TWO when he married her grandma.
I feel pretty bad for the guy. I used to think he was a dirty creep, but it sounds like he was actually groomed as a late-teen by his church to marry the “elder” founder (Mary’s gma). He basically lost his whole youth.

Meredith is insufferable
I am an fan of OC, NY, NJ, now RI and decided to catch up on RHOSLC. Meredith is the least interesting person on the show because she doesn’t open up vulnerably and seems to “fake” open up about distant issues. Then during reunions she acts like she is above all of it, while really she’s never been that invested. Also, her wardrobe?! Why does she only wear blazers?!

Season 6- Heather if the worst
I really dislike Heather this season. She’s such a bully and who exactly is she that she thinks she can tell people how they feel or demand accountability for things she has no proof other than she feels that is true. It’s insane. I’m so happy and ready to see the OGs go in on her in RHUGT soon
