ETA- perimenopause is the 10 or so years BEFORE menopause. You can have a period and be in perimenopause. Menopause is when your periods stop. Lisa sounded like she didn’t understand what the different between perimenopause and menopause is
Hello, I had great success of very small doses (the side effects were so so bad) but the last 6 months I’ve just been stuck on no weight loss (and a bit of a gain) life has been all consuming so i definitely know food and exercise have been inconsistent but now I have a deadline o want to meet for my goal weight but I’m scared of increasing too Much because I can’t afford a week Off work again because of the side effects. This is probably just more of a whinge and need for solidarity. Last time I was at the doctor I was within 5kg of Goal so we were talking about what happens when I reach it but it looks like I’m never going to get there
