My technique is shit and I have no idea why — exercise suggestions please

I just read a few comments under a video by Lattice Training filled with people claiming they climbed their first V4/5/6s when being able to do like 3 to 6 pull-ups, and I am left here wondering how come is that not the case for me

A week ago I attempted to project/climb my first V4 at a local bouldering area where I didn't manage to get over the crux (which might be a beta problem though), however I felt like no matter where I placed my feet, I could barely lift myself up from the sit start and continue to the other holds, and the whole thing was on the power-scream-worthy level for me

There was also a V3 where I couldn't even hold the starting position, but also not even the position right after that, so I genuinely don't know how to get to the average person's technique level

I definitely thought my finger strength could be a part of the problem but I don't feel like they're to weak

My stats, if it matters: 17M, 72 kg, I usually do pull-ups and hangs on a 20 mm edge (also pulled myself up on what looked like a 10 or 12 mm edge once), on a bar I can do about 14 reps if I'm warmed up

100 meter chimeny

Edit: sorry for the typo in the title

I climbed this chimney with my friend as it seemed to be very simple to access, but I genuinely laughed when I saw that the only fence around it looked like they made it easy for us to climb over it on purpose (unsurprisingly, I'm strictly against damaging stuff while urban climbing even if I dislike the owner so I always climb over it—this fence would be very hard to cut through anyway)

The ladder had no protection, but it actually made the process less difficult, because we could then straighten our arms and thus save a ton of energy

Jazz song recommendation

I've been a drummer for about 8 years now but I've always played rock or metal. After a bit of thought I realized that exploring different genres would probably help me become a better musician overall, so I am asking you to recommend me something moderately difficult I could learn new techniques from

PS: I'm not good at playing ghost notes, so that would be a good thing to focus on

155 meters tall inactive guyed mast

In the first photo you can even see the highest tower in Czech republic, two 355 m tall guyed masts called Liblice B, however they are pretty much unclimbable because their owners installed movement sensors and started checking their cameras (apparently some team has already been arrested for attempting to climb them)

French speaking climbing YouTube channels

Sorry for such an unusual question but I was hoping you guys might help

I would like to watch videos about alpine climbing while getting some listening time for language learning reasons, so: do you have any good recommendations for french speaking YouTube channels about alpinism, mountaineering or adventure climbing?

100 m chimney climb

Never realized how unpleasant an overhang after 60 meters of climbing can be

Would this one be a good choice for my requirements? Do you have better suggestions?

I've been playing for about 8 years now but my first kit was some crappy one my parents found and for the past 3 years I've been using an e-kit (Roland TD-07DMK)

Right now I am searching for an affordable acoustic kit that can be used for death metal when tuned well which I am not really sure a rock kit can fulfill, however there is not a lot of options in my country

I've seen a video of what this kit sounds like and I liked it but some of you might have greater knowledge about this

Edit: the sizes are 22, 10, 12, 16, and 14
