Sorry if this has been asked here a hundred times, I've tried googling it, who is ulfe and how do I get the quest started?

I have Googled this every way I can think of it I'm not getting a straight answer. I don't understand what quest I'm supposed to initiate to meet this guy. I know there's like two other quests you have to do that lead you to gaining a friend out of this kid and then you have to make sure you're level two friend for this s'mores recipe, what quest leads to that?

How to get cut-out cookies stiffer? (please read before commenting)

I'm planning to do a haunted gingerbread house for the season but haaaaate gingerbread so I want to use a chocolate cookie recipe or something similar. I'm thinking about using this recipe for chocolate sugar cookies or this recipe for more generic cookies but I really need them to not be as soft and cookie-like. I've been given advice to add flour or corn starch to the recipes to dry out the batter but I worry it'll cause it to not roll out well or crack in the oven. Does anybody have any pro advice for how to stiffen up the cookies so they don't break or fold without drying out too much?

Alternatives to gingerbread for gingerbread houses?

I want to get some cookie cutters for gingerbread houses and just make the dough myself, but we want to do it for Halloween and use a chocolate alternative to gingerbread. Are there any chocolate cookie or shortbread recipes that would result in a sturdy enough cookie base for a house structure?

Game kicks me to main menu every time I try to join friend's game

We can play every other game together, no other issues, this one has had this problem for over a year. We've played together before but lately this has kept us from playing entirely. We don't know what to do

Using a cake recipe that calls for 9x13 pan, I'm putting it in two 9" round pans, does the temp and time need to be adjusted?

Just doing a quick check before I go with this recipe, I had it recommended to use any 9x13 recipe for doing two 9" round pans, but I am struggling to get a straight answer about if the temp and time need to be adjusted.

I haven't played this game in ages because of phone issues, is there a way to rename our shops yet??

There's so much in the game that has changed, it looks like we can change our names, but I can't figure out how to change the shop name. Is that still something we can't do yet?

Rose type I can grow for tea and tips for growing peppermint?

I'm going to post this in the gardening sub as well, apologies if these questions are not really fit for this sub. I am just looking for advice or recommendations. I've googled these questions a bunch of different ways and am not really finding the info I'm looking for.

I want to grow the roses and mint indoors for tea. Is there a recommended rose breed(?) for tea? Are there specific types that are better than others for flavor or simplicity to grow? I hear mint is wildly easy to grow and maintain, are there little tricks to keeping it happy? Are roses more finicky? Are there kinds that will continue to bloom year round rather than seasonally? Also are there particularly important things to know about growing these that I should know before getting started? I'm sorry if these are stupid questions, I've never potted or grown a plant before, and tea is a bit of a new thing for me.
