Bit bar inline vs bit bar inline max vs bit bar 2?

Hey everyone,

I asked this question on the whatnot today and had a few comments, but I was looking for a little more.

I am putting together a mini tool kit to keep in a vintage vehicle for road side emergencies, carb adjustments, etc. I have real tools at home, but I don’t want a huge toolbox in this vehicle.

Which of these three screwdrivers do you think would be best for this setup?

Other things that will be in the mini tool kit: Ti EDC wrench, Ti utility knife, Knipex pliers, maybe small vise grips, headlamp, and maybe a regular multitool. Any other suggestions?

Taking a Toyota 200 series to Lexus service?

Is Lexus service department any better than Toyota’s? I live in the Kansas City, MO region. I’ve tried a few different Toyota dealerships and their service is absolute shit. Only put 4 quarts of oil back in during refill on an oil change, also they somehow fill my skid plates with oil during oil changes and it leaks all over my garage. When I bring these things up they couldn’t care less.

I’m willing to drive further to Lexus if they can/will service my LC.

I’m not expecting to have the red carpet rolled out for me, I just want to have someone that halfway knows what they’re doing, and cares about doing things right.

Portable speaker with aux in?

Does anyone have recommendations for smallish portable speakers with auxiliary input? I don’t want to add Bluetooth to my iPod, plus wired just sounds better.

Overlook reassembly help

I disassembled my Overlook to clean and lube it. Now I can’t get it properly reassembled. I’ve disassembled/reassembled lots of knives, lots of times, but I cannot figure out what I’m doing wrong here. Everything seems to be where it should be, I’ve tried flipping washers and bearings, etc.

The pivot screw tightens down tight, but there’s a tiny bit of a gap on both sides between the blade and scale, leaving the blade loose and rattling.

I’m sure it’s something simple and stupid that I’m doing wrong.

Help!

Weber 22 vs Weber Performer 22 vs PK grill

I need a new charcoal grill and I’m torn about what to get. I have a family of four, but kids are growing fast and won’t be around too much longer, so I don’t need massive capacity. I also have a big Traeger for long smokes of big cuts or cooking for a crowd.

What are your thoughts on these charcoal grills? Should I go with ol faithful Weber Keytle, get the kettle in a nice stand (Performer), or go for a PK?

One thing, I would like to keep it on my wood deck, so ash catcher is important.

Portable setup for a total newbie?

Hi everyone,

I’d like to get a portable setup that could be used at home, or potentially even taken out camping. Mainly for emergency backup at home. Does anyone have any recommendations on panels and battery packs?

Thank you!
