I’m having such a difficult time with Merrill; they just do not communicate back even something basic such as we are working on your request.
Before moving everything to Schwab, I want to make sure that I am getting into a worse situation.
Have to say the ML has gotten worse and worse over the years. Their support people are so far removed from the decision makers that nothing can be done to help the customer.
I tried to create an external link to a credit union. Can’t do it because it MUST be a checking account. Then tried with my bank. They cancelled my request without notifying me. Reason outdated check on the request.
ML really does not care!
