I can't access any of my projects for the last 30 minutes, or so. The transcription is there, but no audio, or video.

I publish two interview podcasts a week.

I have been doing so since 2019-2020.

I've published nearly 800 episodes in that time.
My process/workflow has evolved significantly as the podcasts have grown, and evolved.

I thought I'd document my current workflow in case it was of use to folks, and in case people had any suggestions on ways I could improve it further.

I was parked waiting outside a school picking someone up, when the car in front of me (having made their pickup) reversed onto me 🤦🏼‍♂️

Sickening crunch, then I get out and see they have a tow hitch 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

They didn’t dispute fault. Admitted outright they didn’t look.

I’m based in Spain but have never had to deal with insurance claims before. I have full comprehensive except I have to pay the first €180.

The insurance company wants me to take it to one of their contracted repair shops. I’d prefer to take it to thee Kia dealership, but the insurance company says if I do that, I’ll be liable to pay the €180 upfront.

Their repair shop seems reputable (over 500 reviews with a 4.1 score).

Thoughts on what I should do…?
