Took some photos for LinkedIn/social media networking purposes. I bought this top at King’s Dominion and honestly, it’s given me such a huge confidence boost. It makes me see a future in which I achieve my dreams to be a theme park manager. And as a neurodivergent girly, the top fits very comfortably and I don’t have to worry about my girls exploding out of my shirt. It was not a cheap buy, but so worth it!
Doctor Mike and other health professionals always encourage the general public to know CPR and get certified. And yet, it’s so expensive to be certified! The class I had to register for to renew my certification was over $100! I’m curious as to why. I think it really discourages people if they have to pay a lot of money, especially in this economy. Thoughts?
A general reminder to please be kind to associates working on 4th of July weekend. They will probably be miserable from the sweltering heat and just barely keeping themselves together and will also likely be short-staffed. Say a kind word, tell a joke (not one they probably hear x100 times a day), thank them for being there. For ride operators, pay extra attention to instructions, and stay calm, so everyone’s ride goes smoothly. Little things like that go a long way.
