I had a fun ride with my friend yesterday

I bought a wolf tooth bottom bracket in early May.
I put about 1200 km’s on it before it broke today.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I’ve used Shimano , Race face , Hope and I’ve never had this happen before. I properly torqued it I’m pretty cautious not to over tighten things

I’m thinking maybe a norco because the seat is norco. I don’t recognize the symbol on the frame
