These new leaves are disappointing
These new leaves are a bit disappointing, but at least my Thai con is pushing out something promising

Help! What could this be?
I saw this yellow spot on the leaf of one of my Monstera Adansoniis. I only got it 2 days ago from the garden centre and reported it into a chunkier soil, and watered it after. The roots looked fine while repotting, so I don't think it's from overwatering. What else could it be?
Edit: obviously immediately isolated it from all my other plants, just in case

My new monstera setup
I've installed coco poles (upgraded from bamboo sticks) and grow lights to my monsteras, since they haven't been growing much lately. Hopefully they'll a get ton more growth like this
