How the hell do you register on this site from Europe in 2026?

Hi everyone, I've already read several posts from people having the same problem when trying to register from the US/Europe, with various suggested solutions such as using an email address. Well... none of them work for me. On the app, my Italian phone number isn't accepted at all. If I try using my email and password, it just doesn't accept them either. I've also tried using the website through a browser. There, apparently, the only option is to log in with a phone number. But when I enter my number and click "Get verification code" I get sent to a CAPTCHA where I have to select images based on a completely cryptic Chinese description. It's literally all in Chinese so I can't even take a screenshot and translate it because the text is deliberately distorted/garbled. At this point I'm pretty sure it's easier to hack NASA's computers than to create an account on this fucking website. Has anyone actually managed to register recently from Italy/Europe? I'm specifically looking for solutions that still work because most of the old advice I've found seems to be completely outdated. Ofc I can't even browse as a guest to search for products, because the moment I open the search bar it tells me I need to register.

My new Liz Lisa skirt is way too tight!

Hi everyone! I just bought my third Liz Lisa skirt, but it was my first time ordering directly from the official website (the other two were from Vinted). I originally saw it on a Chinese girl on REDnote and completely fell in love with it. Since I already own other Liz Lisa skirts with an elastic waistband in the back, I thought sizing wouldn't be an issue, but it turned out to be EXTREMELY tight. I don't get it, I’m 47kg, I don't have a completely flat stomach, but all my other Liz Lisa skirts fit me perfectly. I thought about selling it, but between international shipping and customs fees to Italy, I paid €110 in total. I know I’ll never be able to resell it for that price and even if I list it at €80, I’d still be losing money. I'm so sad because it's absolutely gorgeous and I spent a whole month thinking about it before finally buying it. When I put it on and stretch the elastic waistband out as far as it goes with my hands, it fits fine (still a tiny bit snug, but totally fine). But as soon as I let go, it immediately shrinks back. Do you think there’s a way to stretch it out permanently? Could a tailor do something about it? Please give me any advice! 😭

Uneven buttons on Liz Lisa skirt

I just bought this skirt on Vinted described as new and it really is in perfect condition, the only thing bothering me is that I noticed one side of the row of buttons sits slightly lower than the other. I don’t know how noticeable it would be in real life, but I was wondering if this is normal. Can this happen? The skirt is authentic and this would be my second Liz Lisa skirt, my other one doesn’t have this ‘defect’.
