Out of Stock! 😡

I was looking forward to getting these after paying off my debt yesterday, and the moment I go to their website, they’re out of stock! Damn it! I wanted to get these so bad by pre-ordering them 😔.

Been wanting to replace my EarPods with these, but now I’m gonna have to wait even longer thanks to my poor ass timing 🙄.

Should NASCAR bring back the 43-car field, but only for the Daytona 500?

Just out of curiosity since the last two have seen 41 cars in the field (Granted, it is capped at 40 cars in 35 other races). Part of me misses the 43-car field for nostalgic reasons, but I also understand that not all 43 cars are competitive. That practice went away after the 2015 season due to the charter system. But just for one race, it would be awesome for NASCAR to do this just for one race simply because it is the sport’s biggest event of the year. What do you guys think?

August 25, 2001: Tony Stewart earns his third and final win of 2001 at Bristol in the Sharpie 500 on a day that was overshadowed with tragedy as this race took place the same day Aaliyah, known as the princess of R&B, and 8 other passengers died in a plane crash in the Bahamas.

Also that same weekend, a race fan by the name of Bradley McNeice was killed Sunday morning while he was loading up the camper following the Sharpie 500. Bradley was killed instantly as he, his son, and a woman were taking down a banner on a 20 foot flag pole that had recently been soaked (not rain) when it got entangled with the power lines. Bradley’s son, William, along with his dad, went into cardiac arrest; however, William’s condition went from critical to stable. Nevertheless, this was a weekend that was overshadowed by a lot of unfortunate events.

Why Physical Media matters still!

So I just found out that the Crash Nitro Kart soundtrack as well as the Nitro Fueled version + the one song from Twinsanity (Rock Slide Rumble) have all been greyed out simply because it’s not available within the region.

Folks, this is why CDs should still matter! Yes I am fully aware the entire soundtrack is on YouTube, but YouTube doesn’t have lossless audio, PERIOD! I was really enjoying listening to these songs in lossless and now all of the sudden, I no longer can play them in lossless. It may not matter to some people since a majority can’t tell the difference anyways, but it does for me because I want to listen to them in its original, bit-perfect, every detail preserved way.

For YouTube, you can only get compressed audio at 256 Kbps (Which is essentially Bluetooth quality + YouTube videos are all lossy anyways so what difference would it make to hear them wired?). I really wished they had a CD option available because for any song that’s not available to stream anywhere, get the CD + that’s that. As much as we love convenience, what good is convenience if you’re not the owner anyways?

Sure I love my Apple Music, I love the fact they have lossless audio, hi-res, and Dolby Atmos. If a certain song or album isn’t available to play, I am fully aware I can get the CD version so that I’m not locked out of that lossless version entirely!

So overall, I’m disappointed to see this + I was so happy that this was added to Apple Music! Now I just want a CD copy of it!

Kyle Busch at one time at Watkins Glen in 2006 spent 5 laps in the garage after breaking a track bar early in the race. Thanks to the attrition of cautions, he got back on the lead lap and salvaged a 9th place finish! Went from 42nd to 9th!

In his previous 87 starts, Chase Elliott managed just one win when he won at Texas two years ago. Over his last 30 races dating back to Atlanta last June, Elliott has visited victory lane four times! In fact, despite Kyle Larson being the defending series champion, Elliott has actually been Hendrick’s winningest driver since the start of the 2025 season. The last 6 wins for Hendrick Motorsports has had Elliott in victory lane for 67% of those most recent wins.

Another stat to add in is that Elliott led on average 9.3 laps per race in his previous 87 races, he has doubled that average to 18.5 laps led per race since his Atlanta win last summer.
