When do use Lightning vs Hybrid Stack?

I may be over thinking this, but Im entirely not sure when to use one or the other.

For starters, all my applications are standard 5-10 page WordPress/Elementor builds with an occasional WooCommerce website in the mix.

I've been using Lightning Stack by default for probably around my last 10 web builds. However, when solving a problem with support yesterday, the guy recommended I move the site (a standard WordPress build) back to hybrid, as that was more optimal for the site.

Have I been needlessly (or even harmfully) changing sites to Lightning Stack? Should all WordPress sites remain on hybrid? What if WooCommerce is involved?

WooCommerce Square Sync (and Images) Will be the End of Me - Help!

EDIT (SOLVED): thanks for the input, the problem was I had PhastPress activated and trying to decode jpegs. This usually isnt a problem because I use webp. Deactivated and everything fine

About at my wits in trying to effectively import (and eventually sync) a Square Item inventory to WooCommerce.

I ended up using CSV to import 120 products from Square to WooCommerce. Worked great (besides the fact that Woo can't handle variation products from Square), brought over everything I needed except images.

No problem, I used the WooCommerce Square plugin and ran a sync so that Product Images in Woo would update to the Product Image in Square. Everything looked good. All the thumbnails in my product dashboard in WooCommerce have their image.

However, when I started building out a category archive (images still showing in the builder), finished it, and viewed it - all the images are rendering the broken image icon. It's the same story for individual product pages and basically anywhere it's supposed to be rendering a product image.

Im assuming this is an issue with the Square plugin and the sync, any advice?

Anyone ever successfully revived a chapter?

I’m only a little over a year into BNI, and have absolutely loved it. was able to get and give more referrals in the first year than expected and have a really energetic chapter that’s been around for 15+ years.

The only problem: we’re shrinking.

I believe we had around 19 people when i joined. At one point it was 40+, COVID had an impact, and it’s been an uphill battle since. We’re currently at 13.

Our hardest selling point is we meet early, at 7AM. We’re hybrid and alternate weekly between in person and online - but I find that to be a plus.

its been discouraging to watch the numbers drop. It’s overall a very fun and friendly group that does try to help each other the best we can - with only a few old heads that are coasting but even those still engaged in some positive way.

just curious if anyone has ever managed to pull a chapter back from the brink and what it took?

I really love this chapter and want to help save it if we can.

What are Your Fondest LoTRO Memories?

Forgive an old (33) man's nostalgia, but just sitting here remembering my fondest LoTRO memories, most of them from 13+ years ago on Elendilmir playing an Elf champ named Thandreil. Mine are below, would love to hear yours:

  • An old dwarf named Root is leading us during PvMP and getting the freeps in actual battle lines and giving battle speeches for hours of fighting
  • Running around with a Kinship of friends I formed from the Middle-earth Online forums called Numen Ohtar (if any of you lot find this, let me know) - we played a decent amount of freeze tag by the Bree fairgrounds
  • Running Helegrod with a full raid for the first time and getting DC'd during the final fight because a hurricane was rolling in

All of those still make me smile or chuckle when I think of em.
