I have a new 3ds where I am getting constant random scrolling that makes it completely unusable. It sometimes works for a short period. I have tested the circle pad and swapped it with know working one and that did not fix the issue. I currently have the circle pad disconnected and using 3dSident I can see that the circle pad is getting random inputs.

Has anyone has same issue and been able to work out the issue? TIA
