Incoming Pre Med

As the title suggests, my first year of undergraduate begins in September and I am going to UBCV. I wanted to see if I can get any advice on what extracurriculars I should focus on for med school. Whether there’s anything general or something specific to Metro Vancouver ,I’m open to hearing anything! I want to stay in Canada for med school and I know it’s competitive so I was wondering if you can give any advice at all to help me and any other pre med reading this get into med school, thanks!

UBC Course Requirements

I’m taking MATH 180 in the first winter semester but I have a 65 in pre calculus 12, I’m redoing the course online but as long as I get it done before the semester it should be good right? Because the June 30th deadline is only for courses you want considered for your admission.

How common is offers being revoked?

I know that UBC’s website says the 2% drop but I feel like it would be more than that to actually revoke. Can I maybe hear from anyone who knows someone who was revoked or themselves were?

How does UBC decide who’s revoked?

I know how your grade 11 and 12 academic average can’t drop over 2% and your core courses for grade 12 can’t drop 4% but how do u actually calculate the drop? I have my marks but I’m confused on what to do to figure out what percent I dropped by.

I’m so worried about UBC Revoking Offer

Like the title suggests I’m gonna kms from stress. Because of my depression (which I’m now working to grow from) I did so bad in my grade 11 and 12 and I got accepted into food nutrition and health sciences with these credentials but I hope they don’t revoke it because I’m taking math online to get a better mark but I haven’t started and it needs to be done soon and I don’t even know if I will finish. These are my marks they accepted me with:
Math 11: 83
Bio 11: 92
Physics 11: 92
Chem 11: 95
Math 12: 65
Physics 12: 90
English 12: 90
English 11: 87
Philosophy 12; 98

Also my marks in chemistry and biology are lower than last year. These are my current midterm marks:

Bio 12: 85
Chem 12: 84

I think I can get atleast an 86 in both of those and maybe higher but idk.

If I don’t finish math, what’s gonna happen. Pls help it’s stressing me out so much I’m balding at 17

Does UBC Care About Your CLC Mark?

Basically do they only care if you pass or do they specifically want atleast a percent? I’ve been putting more effort into my academic classes and have a passing but not good mark in CLC.

UBC Revoke

Everyone’s talking about UBC revoking offers but what does that actually require? Like how much does the grade have to drop for that to be the case. Like this year was bad for me on a personal and mental level which is why my courses weren’t as good. I got accepted into FNH at Vancouver with a 65% in pre calc but good marks in other classes:

Chem 11–95
Bio 11–92
Physics 11–92
Physics 12–90
English 12–90
Pre Calc 11–83
Pre Calc 12–65
Philosophy 12–98

I want to know if my offer is likely to be revoked, I’m doing pre Calc 11 again online to get a better mark but I haven’t had much time to work on it yet. I’ve already declined offers from other uni’s so I would be so screwed

My BMI is 33 but I’m a teenage boy. My creatine kinase is elevated (196) my ALT is elevated (70) my AST is elevated (39). They’re all close to normal range but elevated.

My TSH used to be around 9 but after two months of 25mcg levothyroxine it’s around 6 and my t4 has been stable before and after treatment, never out of range.

I don’t know what it is, some places say it’s NAFLD and others say it’s hypothyroid myopathy.
