Wait but seriously, if you do a REU or SRE are you less likely to get into another program?

Hellloooo so as a Emory student I wanted to ask to see if anyone knew if we get STATA or NVIVO for free as emory students.
I know Emory has classes where they teach and have applied usage of both EPI 536 & IDS 320W, so maybe I just can't find it????
I'm a rising junior and basically all of the spanish foreign language slots for 101 and 201 was closed across all sections. Will I just have to fight for A/D/S??? What happens if I don't get a slot? Will I not be senior standing till graduation?
Hellooo! So I got a relatively untouched computer off Facebook Marketplace for a REALLY good deal (they lost it and got a new one), a HP Pavilion 15, but unlike the refurbished one I had prior, it's MUCH slower, despite the specs being basically similar.
What's weird is how well it functions when the CPU isn't maxed out. It really has 16 GB of RAM running.
My suspicion is the CPU, since it's at 80% capacity with only Edge or Roblox on, but I have no idea how to actually confirm this is the solid reason or whether it's cheaper to get it patched up or to get a new computer as a college student who has to do some basic coding and deal with large word docs/presentations before grad school.
Runs on Windows 11 Home.
I saw a similar question and wanted to ask specifically about Public Health! If you also want to say whether you had a master's degree when you applied, that would be beneficial too!
My context is that I'm an undergrad sophomore at Emory (to be junior) with 2 posters and 0 publications to date!
