Trying to understand the onboarding pattern for Cognizant Analyst Trainee hiring for the 2023–2024 batch.

From what I’ve seen so far:

• Feb LOI batches → many candidates were waiting for OL initially, some later received OL/DOJ
• March LOI batches → gradual OL releases happened in phases
• Some candidates received DOJ directly after long gaps
• Onboarding timelines seemed different based on location, BU, and demand

Did I miss any LOI batches for 2023–2024 hiring? If yes, please mention in comments.

Also:

• How many of you are still waiting for OL?
• Did anyone receive DOJ recently?
• Any updates from HR regarding onboarding timelines?

Would be helpful if everyone mentions:

• LOI date
• Current status (Waiting / OL received / DOJ received / Onboarded)
• Location (if comfortable sharing)

anyone received doj of may month those who have received loi on jan and feb ?

Anyone received the ol in april and has received the doj of may please mention in the comment section!!

I have applied through the 2023-2024 application for analsyt trainee and received the loi on 27th feb and still waiting for the ol my first assesment was in june 2025 and interview on july 2025 , second interview on 17th dec 2025 and then in person on 13th jan 2026 this application has taken almost an year .

if anyone who has applied through this same application please comment your timline from loi to ol .
