Deciding Dita DTX168 vs Lindberg 1014

Have worn my 999.9 frame for about 4 years, and recently I have been feeling the temple is pressing quite hard on my head, leaving deep grooves on both sides, so I decided to get a new frame.

Been to a famous eyewear shop in London, tried a lot, got the two finalists Dita DTX 168 and Lindberg 1014, both were very comfortable when I tried them. But I have quite high myopia, so a little bit concerned about the comfort after putting on prescription lenses.

For Lindberg, one concern is that the width is not enough for my head, which may cause the temple to press my head again, like the 999.9 one I have.

For Dita, the lenses seem larger than the ones on the Lindberg, which could be extra weight, which could lead to the temple being adjusted to fit me, which may also result in pressing my head.

Any advice? Really appreciate it if any!
